Anthony is a very charismatic student; he’s smart, a good person, and often recognized as a great individual by teachers and peers. I interviewed Anthony Ramirez to find out what kind of student he is, within the school’s properties and outside. He seems to be interested in multiple things, like soccer, stock trading, and doing well in school. He chose to focus on finance after graduating from ITW Speer Academy. He would like to earn money and have proprietary customers, and wants his whole career to be in finance, like stock trading, just the necessities like earning money, getting his degree, making money, and having a possible good future.
What are you looking forward to about college? Or done with Speer? If so, explain your path.
“Well, as I’m moving forward towards college, I would like to be able to meet new friends, you know, having to get to know the experiences, like the campus. You get to see all your classes, teachers, and meet new people, basically, and make great friendships.”
What is your personal advice for upcoming seniors?
Anthony’s advice for upcoming seniors is to simply continue doing what they need to do, focus on their studies, and remain true to themselves. Anthony wants others to just keep at their work. And to be just as hard-working as possible.
What are you looking into consideration in colleges? If so, which ones?
As he looks into consideration to see which colleges he’s into, he seems more into the University of Illinois Urbana, local, and possibly other Universities. He is still looking for many more colleges to which he can apply.
What made you want to work so hard this year? Please explain.
“Just focus on my grades, and you know, to see how we go, move forward in my life, my future, in college.”
Do you have any personal advice, maybe school advice? Or possibly sports-related advice?
“Just make sure to turn in your work, because then, once you have assignments, you basically start to fall behind, but if it does happen, just make sure you catch up, and mostly do all your work.”
